Characteristics
This is a sleek, pale yellow wine, with a fresh and intense floral scent from the Sauvignon. The Chardonnay gives a touch of elegance and softness.

Drinking
This wine should be drunk young, when it is two or three years old, as this is when the aromas are most developed. It goes well with fish in sauce, shellfish, seafood, and even sauerkraut.
Serving temperature: between 10° and 14°.
